For the month of October, I selected the Butter Cake recipe from Reader's Digest's Baking With Love. The cake used 3 eggs. The members were asked to try out the recipe with out those eggs. We got great results and a lot of egg replacers. If you are a person who want to avoid eggs, then this is the perfect place to see how cakes turn out with out eggs.
